This course web site was started building up since I began a teaching career in GISS/NCU (now renamed as Department of Space Science and Engineering, DSSE). At first, I simply wanted an unlimited web space to host my teaching materials and allowed students to access them easily. Gradually I felt this web site not only helped students retrieve course materials in advance but also assisted me to organize course contents well. Under supervision in public, it would encourage me to improve the courses and also benefit to students.
